One of our last methods of contact is our live help messenger. You can have a live 1-2-1 chat with one of our members of staff. Also, you may see a popup appear on our page that you need to agree to or cancel. This means a member of our live support staff are asking you if you would like to talk with them. This is known as "Initiating a chat with the visitor".
